Diseases we Treat with Care

Bones & Joints :

Rheumatism :
What is the main cause of rheumatism?

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition, which means it’s caused by the immune system attacking healthy body tissue. However, it’s not yet known what triggers this. Your immune system normally makes antibodies that attack bacteria and viruses, helping to fight infection.
Spondylosis :

What Is Spondylosis? Spondylosis is a condition in which there is abnormal wear on the cartilage and bones of the neck (cervical vertebrae). It is a common cause of chronic neck pain. Spondylosis is caused by chronic wear on the spine.

Arthritis :

Arthritis is the swelling and tenderness of one or more joints. The main symptoms of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age. The most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

Sciatica :

Sciatica refers to pain, weakness, numbness, or tingling in the leg. It is caused by injury to or pressure on the sciatic nerve. Sciatica is a symptom of a medical problem. It is not a medical condition by itself.

Abdominal and rectal complaints :

IBS :

Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder that affects the stomach and intestines, also called the gastrointestinal tract. Symptoms include cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and diarrhea or constipation, or both. IBS is a chronic condition that you’ll need to manage long term.

Colitis :
Is colitis very serious?

Although ulcerative colitis usually isn’t fatal, it’s a serious disease. In some cases, ulcerative colitis may cause life-threatening complications.
Haemorrhoids (piles) :

Haemorrhoids (piles) are enlarged blood vessels that you can get inside or around your anus (the opening of your bottom). It’s completely normal to have blood vessels in your anus, as they play an important role in continence. But piles can develop if these blood vessels become enlarged, which can cause symptoms.

Kidney stones :
Kidney stones are hard deposits of minerals and acid salts that stick together in concentrated urine. They can be painful when passing through the urinary tract, but usually don’t cause permanent damage.
The most common symptom is severe pain, usually in the side of the abdomen, that’s often associated with nausea.
Treatment includes pain relievers and drinking lots of water to help pass the stone. Medical procedures may be required to remove or break up larger stones.
Fissure :

Fissure is a medical term referring to the tearing of the skin, whereas fistula is abnormal tube-like connections or passages between organs. Generally, fissures can get cured in a few days or few weeks, often without even needing any treatment. They are not known to cause much complication.

Skin Complaints & Hair Complaints :

Psoriasis :

Psoriasis is a skin disease that causes a rash with itchy, scaly patches, most commonly on the knees, elbows, trunk and scalp. Psoriasis is a common, long-term (chronic) disease with no cure. It can be painful, interfere with sleep and make it hard to concentrate.

urticaria :
A skin rash triggered by a reaction to food, medicine or other irritants.
Hives is a common skin rash triggered by many things, including certain foods, medication and stress.
Symptoms include itchy, raised, red or skin-coloured welts on the skin’s surface.
Hives usually go away without treatment, but antihistamine medication is often helpful in improving symptoms.
Eczema :

Eczema is a skin condition that causes dry and itchy patches of skin. It’s a common condition that isn’t contagious. Symptoms of eczema can flare up if you contact an irritant or an allergen. There are treatments available to help you manage symptoms, but there is a cure in Homeopathy.

Fungal skin infections :

Fungal skin infections can be itchy and annoying, but they’re rarely serious. Common infections such as athlete’s foot, jock itch, and ringworm are caused by fungus and are easy to get and to pass around. In healthy people, they usually don’t spread beyond the skin’s surface, so they’re easy to treat. If you spend a lot of time at the gym, take steps to protect yourself against fungal infections.

Vitiligo OR Leucoderma :

This happens when melanocytes – skin cells that make pigment – are attacked and destroyed, causing the skin to turn a milky-white color. In vitiligo, the white patches usually appear symmetrically on both sides of your body, such as on both hands or both knees.

Alopecia areata :

Alopecia areata: Alopecia is the medical term for bald. Areata means patchy. This patchy baldness can develop anywhere on the body, including the scalp, beard area, eyebrows, eyelashes, armpits, inside your nose, or ears. Alopecia totalis: The person loses all hair on the scalp, so the scalp is completely bald.

Females Problem :

PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) :

PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) is mostly caused by a combination of hormonal imbalance and genetic tendencies. In a standard menstrual cycle, the two ovaries will alternately release mature, ready-to-be-fertilized eggs each month.

Menstrual Complaints :

Many girls and women get cramps, low back pain, fatigue, or discomfort with their periods. But some have pain so bad they miss days of work or school every month. Others experience such heavy bleeding that it exhausts them. These are things that may signal a bigger issue.

Fibroids :

Fibroids are muscular tumors that grow in the wall of the uterus (womb). Another medical term for fibroids is leiomyoma (leye-oh-meye-OH-muh) or just “myoma”. Fibroids are almost always benign (not cancerous). Fibroids can grow as a single tumor, or there can be many of them in the uterus.

Fibroadenoma :
A non-cancerous breast tumour that most often occurs in young women.
Reproductive hormones may cause fibroadenomas.
A fibroadenoma feels like a firm, smooth or rubbery lump in the breast with a well-defined shape. It’s painless and moves easily when touched. Although healthy breast tissue often feels lumpy, a new lump or change in the breasts should be looked at by a doctor.
Treatment may include monitoring for changes in the size or feel, a biopsy to evaluate it or surgery to remove it.
Infertility :

Infertility is a disease of the male or female reproductive system defined by the failure to achieve a pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. Infertility affects millions of people – and has an impact on their families and communities.

Children complaints :

Childhood Asthama :

In childhood asthma, the lungs and airways become easily inflamed when exposed to certain triggers. Such triggers include inhaling pollen or catching a cold or other respiratory infection. Childhood asthma can cause irritating daily symptoms that interfere with play, sports, school and sleep. In some children, unmanaged asthma can cause dangerous asthma attacks.

Childhood asthma isn’t a different disease from asthma in adults, but children face unique challenges. The condition is a leading cause of emergency department visits, hospitalizations and missed school days.

Unfortunately, childhood asthma can’t be cured, and symptoms can continue into adulthood. But with the right treatment, you and your child can keep symptoms under control and prevent damage to growing lungs.

Recurrent pneumonia is defined as 3 or more episodes of pneumonia in a lifetime or 2 or more episodes within a six-month period. The most common symptoms are cough, wheeze, dyspnea, and chest discomfort
